Thanks!
I wanted to say thank you to all the folks in America who went on the Tax March Saturday the 15th, and I want to double-thank all the folks in Japan and Germany and England and wherever you folks marched as well -- wow! :thanks: :tighthug: :w00t:
But it was the right thing to do -- the Mango Mussolini has lied not to just Americans, but to the entire world. And he threatens the economies, safety, and peace of the whole world.
Of course, Trumputin's explanation for the march was "They are all paid protesters!"
Riiiiight. Who, exactly, paid me to do this? How do I convince Hair Furor that I haven't been paid off by the "Liberal Eli
I ain't dead yet
Sorry I've been gone for so long. :(
As the title suggests, I ain't dead yet. Just incredibly busy.
I've uploaded some charms I made for the Exotic Feline Breeding Center's Twilight Tour raffle. I've always liked mountain lions, and the sand cat is in honor of one I have adopted at the facility, a little girl by the name of Scully.
I'll be making more when I get the chance. Next I hope to do a Serval.

TTFN. :)
Steampunk horse
Hi, all!
I've finally uploaded some art again. It's a steampunk horse for a friend. It's all polymer clay, even the "wood" -- I found a book with a really good method for making faux wood.
In the meantime my three part-time jobs are keeping me really busy. Not to mention the usual life crises which of course never stop, because that's what life is, pretty much.
Hope all is well with you folks. Ta ta for now!

Good News and Good news!
HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!!!!
I am now working three part-time jobs for three different PI's (Principle Investigators) at the university I work for. In spite of that, my total work hours add up to only 85% of full-time (34 hours instead of 40). Which is wonderful because it allows me a day off to work on a book I am writing. :D
What I do for a living, as my first boss says, is "weaning and gene-ing." I keep track of a whole bunch of very valuable strains of mice -- at one time it was nearly 3000 mice and 50 different strains! -- and breed them, wean them, and genotype them. It is a very narrow set of skills, but a very valuable one. Yo
